Gerrior made his AMA Pro debut at Hangtown in May of 2018. and after pulling a huge holeshot in the consolation race, he fell just short of qualifying for the big show due to a crash half way through the race. He didn't give up and kept charging, ultimately earning a seventh place finish.
Gerrior made a run for main events at two more nationals in the 2018 season, but was unable to get the qualifying times he needed to make it into the main events.
Gerrior works full time, and when he's not working, he's training. Like most Pro Riders, he had the dream of being a Professional Motocross racer at young age. He's dealt with his share of injuries and still continues to pursue his dream in the sport he loves. His determination and persistence are rare traits that will undoubtedly take him far in whichever direction life takes him
Motocross can be brutal, but the 20 year old privateer is realistic about his goals and his expectations for his future in racing. He's optimistic about what's to come and plans to continue putting in the work to get him to the next level in his racing career. The goal he says, "Is to make it. Make it at a pro level and say I did it".
